We cannot issue refunds or be held liable for missing packages. Once we ship your order and it has been scanned and confirmed to be in possession of the USPS we are no longer liable for the package. The package could have been sorted by USPS and sent off without being scanned. The package could have been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS.
